CMK & Associates opened its doors in 2008 and has rapidly grown ever since, winning over buyers and sellers alike with their Energy · Innovation · Results approach. The company was already selling more Southern Adirondack lake property than any other broker around* and extremely well-known within the region but wanted to develop a website that would specifically cater to buyers and sellers interested in lake property.

The Challenge (Part 1)

No Existing Website

Although their main site was already up and running (one in which the CMK Marketing team also created), there was no site already created that catered to those looking to buy or sell lakefront and/or lake access properties within the Southern Adirondack region. In addition, CMK & Associates’ competitors were beating them in search for lake property-related search terms that our client wanted to rank for.

The Solution

We worked closely with the CMK & Associates team, creating a site map and drafting content that would effectively highlight their many lakefront and lake access properties within the region. With mapping functionality, new listing spotlights, browsing by a particular lake, 24/7 chat capabilities, and more, we strategized with the CMK & Associates team to develop a site that would meet the needs of buyers and sellers alike. A site that was easy to use, easy to contact an agent, mobile-friendly, visually stimulating, and one that further showcased CMK & Associates as a leader in the real estate field.

Encourage CMK & Associates Customers & Agents To Utilize The New Site

The Solution

Since CMK & Associates already had an established main brokerage website, it was important to highlight their newest website so that new and potential customers would know that the brokerage was catering to their lakefront and lake access needs. Not only that, but it was important to share with the 60+ agents that they now had an additional resource when catering to their buying and listing clients. CMK Marketing trained all main contacts at CMK & Associates on lead management and backend functionality so that the team could successfully manage their new site. CMK & Associates was not only extremely impressed with their new website and its functionality but also the site’s ability to act as yet another marketing tool used to:

  • Further support CMK & Associates Real Estate agents in speaking with their sellers, showcasing that the brokerage has extra exposure to potential buyers through a secondary site
